How to Get Started with Audi connect®
When you're at our dealership picking up your new Audi, an Audi Brand Specialist will get you started with Audi connect® before you drive off the lot! But, just in case you ever need to know, here's how to set it up yourself:
- Visit the Audi website, where you can create a myAudi connect® account, which you'll need to activate Audi connect®. Be prepared with your car's VIN for verification purposes.
- An additional layer of verification is required for certain features, so you may be prompted to set up a "Key User" for your car. To obtain the Key User Agreement ID, follow the 5-step verification process.
- If you want to use security-sensitive remote features, dealership authentication is also required.
- After you've taken the appropriate steps between steps 1 and 3, it's time to add your account info to the MMI® display in your vehicle. It will ask you to enter your vehicle's code to confirm registration
- Next, you'll need to input your account information into your vehicle's MMI® display. You'll be prompted to enter your vehicle's code to confirm registration; the code will be attached to your keys upon purchase.
